I understand and acknowledge that participating in a silent event (such as a silent disco) involves certain inherent risks and dangers, including the risk of personal injury, disability, death, and property damage.

I voluntarily assume all such risks associated with the rental and use of Silent Mania Events equipment (including but not limited to headphones, transmitters, and any related accessories) during the private party.

Safety Guidelines: I agree to comply with all safety guidelines, rules, and instructions provided by Silent Mania Events staff and marshals. I understand that all attendees at the private party, including children, must adhere to these guidelines. I acknowledge that failure to follow these guidelines may increase the risk of accidents or injuries.

Responsibility for Risks and Damages:
I understand that I am fully responsible for all risks associated with the rental and use of the Silent Mania Events equipment during the private party, including children in attendance. I assume liability for any damages to the equipment or property caused by me or my child (if under the age of 18).

Venue Restrictions:
I agree that the rented equipment will only be used within the designated private party venue and will not be taken outside of the premises.

Release and Indemnity:
I hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless Silent Mania Events Pty Ltd, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, liabilities, losses, damages, or expenses arising out of or in connection with the rental and use of Silent Mania Events equipment for the private party, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or any other loss or harm.

Content Usage – Social Media:
I hereby grant permission for Silent Mania Events Pty Ltd to capture and use good quality and appropriate images of the event on its social media pages (such as Instagram and Facebook). These images will not be shared with any other company or individual. In the case of minors, Silent Mania Events will avoid using up-close images of their faces.

I have read this waiver document, understand its contents, and agree to be bound by its terms. I acknowledge that I am signing this waiver freely and voluntarily, and intend for it to be a complete and unconditional release of all liability to the greatest extent allowed by law.
