Waiver & Release

1. I take part in this Silent Mania event voluntarily and at my own risk. Silent Mania Events (Pty) Ltd, its staff and venue partners are not liable for any injury, loss or damage to person or property, except where caused by their gross negligence.

2. I confirm that I (or the attendee in my care) am fit to take part and will follow all safety instructions from Silent Mania staff.

3. Headphones remain the property of Silent Mania and must be returned at the end of the event. Lost or damaged headphones will be charged at replacement cost.

4. I will keep headphone volume at a safe, comfortable level.

5. Children under 18 must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.

6. In an emergency, I consent to first aid and medical assistance being arranged on the attendee’s behalf.

7. Silent Mania may refuse entry to, or remove, anyone behaving unsafely.

8. I consent to photos and video taken at the event being used for Silent Mania marketing. To opt out, please tell a staff member on the day.
